On-site attendee processing requires instant access to up-to-date information, seamless synchronization across multiple devices, and reliable badge printing hardware support. We needed to integrate industrial-grade Zebra printers, ensure rapid data sync between multiple tablets, and provide real-time updates on attendee status and badge changes. The system had to remain stable under peak load when hundreds of attendees arrive at once.

We developed a native application with real-time communication using WebSockets to keep all connected devices synchronized. Integration with Zebra printers enabled one-tap badge printing directly from the app. The workflow was optimized for speed: quick attendee search, instant check-in, badge re-issue, and live status updates. The app communicates with central cloud services to fetch attendee records, push updates, and maintain consistent data across the platform.
